Apostle Trilby Ball has been in ministry for over twenty years. She faithfully served, as a leader, at Mount Zion Baptist Church of Greensboro, Inc. for many years where she was licensed in 2000, and then ordained in 2005 under the leadership of Bishop George W. Brooks. It was during that time, in 2003, that Apostle Ball birthed Guard Your Heart Ministries which is a prophetic, intercessory, and healing/deliverance ministry.

In 2012, she was appointed as the District Director of Intercession for the Full Gospel Baptist Church Fellowship International. In the latter part of 2012, Apostle Ball was commissioned as Prophet by Apostle Linda Guy. She went on to be named as the State Director of Intercession in 2014 and a Credentialed Ordained Elder in 2015 by the Full Gospel Baptist Church Fellowship International.

Apostle Ball launched and hosted the School of the Prophets which continued from 2015-2017. The mission of the school was to support, train, and mentor people with a prophetic call on their lives. On October 16, 2016, Apostle Timothy Burch, of Georgia and Las Vegas, affirmed her to the office of Apostle. Presently, Apostle Trilby Ball is ministering, equipping five-fold ministry leaders, and positioning to birth some new apostolic ventures.
